About
Before becoming an independent financial adviser in late 2007, Jeremy served as an insurance agent since 1993 in a multi-national insurance firm, where he provided financial advice to many of his corporate clients, ranging from F&B to the construction industries.
In his course of work as an insurance agent, he earned himself several accolades namely:
  • Top agent in cases in agency from 1994-1999
  • Qualifier of 50 lives club 1993-1999
  • Qualifier of company's overseas conventions from 1995-1998
  • Winner of Chairman's cup in 1998
  • Winner of Personal Accident jacket in 1996

He went on to get his professional Diploma in Life Insurance during his service as an insurance agent. However in 2002, due to personal reasons, he left the life insurance industry. With his passion for the insurance trade still burning in him, he kept his licence as a General Insurance agent so as to continue to keep in touch with his clienteles and provided his independent advice on financial related matters, as well as servicing them in most of their personal and company’s corporate insurances.
Before entering the field of an independent financial adviser, Jeremy started a brick and mortar business from scratch, but upon numerous encouragement from ex-colleagues from his former insurance company, he decided to go full time into the financial advisory industry and take a back seat in his entrepreneur start up.

Though he is currently reaping some rewards of a passive income from the business, Jeremy is not resting on his laurels, as he is one person who believes that an independent financial adviser should not be known just for helping someone do a personal financial planning through insurance policies or investments. Having experienced the pitfalls and successes in his own financial journey, this independent financial adviser wants to share his knowledge on corporate insurances with his clients, as he understands that there are many entrepreneur wannabes out there and also many multi-national companies with massively under insured corporate insurances….however, not many financial advisers have been sharing their experiences in this area. This is where helping his clienteles integrate their dreams with their financial planning & goals is what he hopes to achieve as a qualified independent financial adviser.

Jeremy has currently commenced a project whereby he's helping many Singaporeans understand their CPF medical plans like Eldershield and Medishield and how to integrate them with their medical plans from private insurers.
